Greco
Just the wine you need after a day in the baking hot southern Italian sun - light, fresh, and thirst quenching as. Smashable may be an overused term but here it fits!

Domaine Tourlaudière ‘Muscadet’ 80

Clos Cibonne ‘Tentations’ 99

Momento Mori ‘Nazomi’ 85

Heathcore, AUS - 2022
Shiraz + Schioppettino
Textural and crunchy with an aromatic lift, bags of flavour and just the right amount of weight. Dry rosé? Chilled red? Whatever you want it to be baby.

CHILLED RED

Meredith ‘No More Sleeps’ 80

Orange, AUS - 2024
Merlot + Chardonnay + Cab Sav
Very cool little number, all the depth and richness of fruit character of a red but drinks with the vibrancy and liveliness of a white. Stick on ice and let it rip.

RED

Commune of Buttons ‘Eurilla’ 90
Piccadilly Valley, AUS - 2024
Pinot Noir
From bright young things to established hands, the Button siblings have proven themselves time and time again with wines like these - Cherry, spice, hints of earth and savoury complexity add up to a winner.

Commune of Buttons ‘Clover’ 95
Basket Range, AUS - 2024
Pinot Noir
One from the home vineyards, showing another level of class - bright cherry fruit, perfectly poised acidity, enough structure to keep things together without overpowering the delicate balance of the wine.

Beulah Violetta ‘Stesso Stesso’ 90
Umbria, ITA - 2023
Sangiovese ++
Sure, you could drink Chianti, but you’d get a lot more for a lot less by grabbing one of these bad boys! The sweet spot balance of fruitiness, acid, body and firm (but not too firm) tannin.

Domaine Taillandier ‘Oh Ma Jolie’ 95

Minervois, FRA - 2023
Syrah

The sun baked south of France can turn grapes into jam pretty damn fast - unless Benjamin Taillandier is on the case. Pure slurpable blackberry juice with mineral freshness.

Il Vei ‘Gutturnio’ 85

Colli Piacentini, ITA - 2018

Barbera + Bonarda

A wine in the true Italian paesano style - rustic but oh so comforting, with the right balance of dark red fruits and bloody savouriness. Woolly jumper wine - you can feel the warmth!

R. D’Meure ‘Coal Valley’ 130

Coal Valley, AUS - 2022

Riesling

Rory Duggan showing the textural, powerful side of Tassie’s finest Riesling. Just the right amount of skin contact for structure, more pomelo zestiness than lime. Honestly incredible, get a bottle before we drink them all.

Fattoria al Fiore ‘Genchi’ 140

Yamagata, JPN - 2022

Niagara + Neo Muscat

Pretty fucking cool gear! Grapes you’ve (probably) never tried before, from a country with a tiny winemaking output at a serious level of quality. Tropical fruit salad, dressed with white flowers and a super sharp and direct acid line.

Nino Barraco ‘Biancammare’ 130

Super pure Chardonnay vibrating with moon energy - green apple crunch, slatey mineral freshness, and just a touch of burnt match complexity.

Domaine de Thalie ‘Cosmics’ 150

Mâcon, FRA - 2023

Aligote

Aligote has long been considered the dumpy, bug collecting cousin of Chardonnay, but real ones know that once those glasses come off it’s as good or better! Custard apple and melted vanilla ice cream with lemon zest and crushed oyster shells - woof woof.

Marto ‘Flonheim’ 165

Rheinhessen, GER - 2021

Riesling

Amazing stuff showcasing the textural and powerful side of German riesling - crushed rocks and Borjomi-like saltiness with a super energetic and driving line of acidity throughout.

Cantina Giardino ‘Tu Tu’ 158

Campania, ITA - 2020

Fiano

Fiano given a touch of skin contact and then aged in local cherry (!) wood casks. Oily and briny texture but with real more-ish and crunchy acidity from the skins, and loads of lifted citrus zest character leading to a long mineral finish. One for the dirty martini fans!

Foradori ‘Fontanasanta’ 130

Chenin Blanc

Nutty, tart, sweet, bold – this is a true rollercoaster wine drinking experience. True rock n roll stuff.

Vino di Anna ‘Bianco G’ 175

Mt Etna, ITA - 2020

Grecanico + Carricante + Minnella

A true expression of the unique, sea-sprayed volcanic soils of Etna - mineral driven, generous texture, powerful but restrained. Seriously delicious stuff.

ORANGE

Di Salvo ‘Lihar’ 115

Sicily, ITA - 2022

Cataratto

Bikini wine if that makes sense - glorious sun kissed white with loads of texture and a lick of saline, slightly underripe pineapple. But then the skin contact kicks in and keeps everything savoury and dry enough to be refreshing.

Filippo Manetti ‘Gea’ 105

Emilia-Romagna, ITA - 2023
Albana

Orange wine with the soul of a white - 7 days on skins but still has all the liveliness and easy drinking nature of a white, with apricot juiciness and touches of spice, and a super lean and tight acidity. Pretty impressive stuff!

La Sorga ‘A Freux’ 135

Gut Oggau ‘Maskerade’ 1 LITRE 170

Burgenland, AUT - 2022

Blaufrankisch + Zweigelt

Cult juice from one of Natural wines' more visually prolific producers - the labels are so damn iconic! But actually they also make the absolute hell out of wine, and this is all yin yang of lifted, juicy fruit and deep, dark earthiness, with graphite texture and a lil spritz for fun. Chilled Red of your wet dreams!

Partida Creus ‘Brutal!!!’ 132

Penedès, ESP-CAT - 2021

Too many to name

Beguiling is probably the word most would use for this experimental number - is it White? Orange? Pink? Red? In fact a blend of all of those and drinks like all of them and none of them at the same time. Pure strawberry juice!

Clos Cibonne ‘Tradition’ 165

Provence, FRA - 2022

Tibouren

This is how ‘Provence Rosé’ is meant to taste - almost all others are just pale imitations. Red currant, mineral salt and dried thyme.

Pacina ‘Rosato’ 160

Castelnuovo Berardenga, ITA - 2021

Sangiovese

Rosé is best when it isn’t bland! Bags of flavour here, rich fruit and mouthwatering acidity with just the slightest touch of salty, oxidative complexity.
